In the digital environment when most of the things are happening online people often feel uncomfortable as they can't see others and their body language.

We are so used to judging people by their body language that  when we don't see other person's body language we feel uncomfortable.

On the other hand we struggle to show our full body postures.

In this situation it is very much required to judge people carefully when meetings are happening digitally.
