Indeed, studies have shown that a mere 10,000 steps a day can help us shed pounds. But what exactly does "movement" mean? Is it walking outside or indoors? Do you need to be moving with a purpose? Will moving while watching TV aid in weight loss? What about body movement and its impact on people with depression?
