In this episode, Pamela and I discuss the concept known as "body neutrality" and how it can assist us in shifting our perspective in a healthy way. 

We talk about how being body neutral allows us to fall in love with the process, take pride in working towards our goals, and give us a hand in not shaming ourselves to a "perfect" body.

We talk about how to reframe what it means to view our bodies in a much more accepting and forgiving way. A mindset that allows us to progress through life and all of the different seasons that our bodies will ultimately go through.

Kyle has been a certified personal trainer for eight years now.  He has worked in a corporate fitness setting as well as commercial gym, and is now training clients in his own personal training studio space. He also offers online training and coaching.  He is certified through the ISSA. Kyle is also a certified life coach. He is devoted to helping people transform their bodies and minds.
