Ladies, do you know if your leggings are made out of a breathable fabric to keep your vaginal flora in harmony? Fellas, have you looked into the penis pocket briefs yet to compartmentalize your man parts? If not, you may have noticed you have an odor down there...yeaaaaah there.
Over the last few years or so social media has been in an uproar about bad breath, body odor and people not bathing for days at a time. I honestly think people are being so vocal about it now because, unfortunately, there are always consequences of actions. Let's think back to several years ago when music started making it mainstream to "eat the groceries" that could have sparked the epidemic of bad breath???? lol, Living through the covid pandemic people may have got lax in their hygiene regimen so now many people are experiencing the effects.
Just know you are not alone. If we are honest with ourselves we all have dealt with body odors from ourselves and/or loved ones. In a perfect world, those we share environments with would be more kind and offer you help or guidance in love, but that's not how the real world works. So, in this episode, we talk about all things body odor, and we try to equip you with the best practices to keep your stink to a minimum.
