Mandy Ziegler joins me to speak about her personal journey through chronic pain which resulted in us writing this little gem of a song called Body of Mine. We spent months trying to bring music to Mandy's journey and have also inadvertently made an anthem for anyone who has ever "been at war" with their body or self image.
