This is a ten minute body scan that will help you tune into your body, become more present and be mindful of how you are feeling within.  

Practicing regular body scans, is a really effective way to become more mindful of how you are feeling, where are you holding tension? pain? stiffness? 

The purpose of this meditation is to tune in to your body and to reconnect with your body, your physical self. 

This is a time of no judgement and any sensations that you might be feeling, any thoughts that might come you feel them without judgement. 

Please let me know if you like this type of mediation. It can be particularly helpful after or during a busy day and all ages can find this practice beneficial.
