Body shaming is something that a lot people go through and it goes on to affect that person more than they realize. In this episode I and my guest Zainab Ruma discuss on our experiences of body shaming and how it affected our lives. This episode seeks to enlighten people that don’t realize how much a single comment or remark on someone’s body can have on their life. It also hopes to be a light at the end of the tunnel for those who are victims of body shaming, it’s a reminder that you’re not alone and it does get better
