In episode 16, I am joined by my lovely guest Lisa Lesootia (such a beautiful name btw), a blogger and aspiring model; as we talk about Body Shaming.

This is something we both agree is rather unavoidable in life in which we might either be victims or culprits....both knowingly and unknowingly yea?

It's nothing to smile about since body shaming has a lot of negative effects on someone in the long-run as much as we might not admit it.

Despite this being a girl-girl convo we still put it out there that even boys go through this and go further into giving our own personal experiences that we hope you will relate to.

I absolutely love how honest my guest is in talking about this.
