Too often Christians allow verses given by God to encourage us, to actually bring us down. We excuse away scripture that tells us to 'be perfect as He is perfect', because our lives lack perfection. Yet, if we take the entirety of God's Word we find that each of our lives are made up of more than we may think. We each have a body, a soul, and a spirit - and it's up to us which is in control.
