Anastasia Baratta is a posture and alignment specialist. They have a Bachelors in Education and are certified in Pilates from the Kane School in NYC and Body Arts and Science International. Over the 15 years of teaching movement, Anastasia has been a constant student and has taken multiple workshops and courses to improve their understanding of the body and what is important in order to keep it healthy and pain free. Some of the modalities that have influenced their work include Functional movement, Myofacial Release, Tune-up Fitness, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Qigong and Primal Movement.
