It's been a long road for me to empowerment. What if I had known what I know now when I was eight years old? Or a teenager? We're always saying, "I wish I had known this when I was younger." In today's episode I'm going to share some practical steps to empowerment and a little bit about a new program I'll be facilitating soon, called, BOLD, by Susan Hyatt. It's for girls 8 -- 18 years old to give them empowerment tools for dealing with social media, speaking up for themselves, loving their bodies, and more.
