BACK after a loooong break. I recorded this episode back in Dec 2021 and totally forgot about it with a big move and wedding planning taking up most of my time. 

I'm launching Season 2. This episode will be my first. Here are some things to think about if you're constantly comparing yourself to other people. Let's make 2023 OUR year by being grateful for what we have and happy about other people's successes.

In this episode, I discuss toxic friends and how to cut them out from your life to get closer to the life you dream of. I share a story about cutting out a toxic "friend" recently and get kinda passionate, urging you to do the same.

Toxic friends don't add value to your life. If anything, they hold you back from your true potential. So take a look around and consider what you need to do. Don't put it off. Cut that negativity out to feel more at peace with yourself!

In this episode, I answer all your relationship questions with my boyfriend, Rajh! I asked my followers to send in questions for us and we give you a chance to get to know us as a couple. Society has conditioned us to be conservative in the way we talk about sex. 
Women who are sex-positive have a stigma attached to them. Their character/morals are always questioned. 
This episode dives into what sex positivity is, why society got it twisted, and how we can normalize sex-positivity (esp in regards to women).
