Bold Moves Podcast Episode 141 Jessica Ciampini

Listen Later

This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 141 Jessica Ciampini definitely has some bold moves in her past! For someone so young, Jessica experienced multiple tough situations in life that no one should have to deal with. She’s been so broke she had to sleep in a park, she was sexually assaulted, she was robbed, and dealt with health complications. Jessica has faced down many dark experiences at an early age and come out of that even stronger and more positive. She has humbled herself, wearing ten hats growing up without support or family by her side, she managed to pull her socks up and product herself and others around her. Family is super important to her and with all the challenges, she has found her purpose.  Now, Jessica is a fitness and health coach, business owner, author, inspiring speaker and her biggest MOVE yet, Jessica will be residing in the United States to fulfill her purpose. As a previous background in Law Enforcement, despite her past hardships and timing. Those experiences have prepared her as she goes off to accomplish her purpose in Military, while still enjoying her passions and helping others find a way through the trauma and pain. She's got big things coming in the future, so please enjoy Bold Moves Podcast Episode 141 Jessica Ciampini!

In our call, Jessica recommended* a few books, if you're interested I've provided the links here. The books were How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie, and Battlefield of the Mind: Winning the Battle in Your Mind by Joyce Meyer. Jessica recommended Money Matters by Gail Perry-Mason, but I couldn't locate it on Amazon, only an out of print Money Matters for Families, and Girl Make your money Grow!

If you'd like to connect with Jessica, you can find her on her website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

Also, Jessica was kind enough to offer one lucky person a copy of her book, CLEAN EATING: A Minimalist Guide For Everyday Life, so don't forget to enter to win!
