This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 157 Terri Kearns has made some bold moves! Terri has come back from rock bottom more than once in her life. Terri suffered sexual abuse as a child and it finally caught up with her, and she couldn't ignore it anymore. Terri attempted to commit suicide once at 17 and then had a second attempt 2 years ago. Terri pulled herself out of a deep, dark hole, and finally, her depression and PTSD have gone away. Terri worked hard on her mindset and once she changed her own life, decided to become a coach for other people. Terri believes that anyone can live the life they want if they deal with the BS stories in their heads and get out of their own way! Terri is such a bright light in this interview.
