Bold Moves Podcast Episode 231 Denise Ramirez

Listen Later

This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 231 Denise Ramirez has made some bold moves! Denise was dealing with chronic migraines, 3-4 times per week. They were incredibly painful and she would lose her sight once they came on. Her neurologist insisted the migraines were hereditary, but Deinse questioned it and went looking for her own answers. It took her almost two years to identify that all her triggers were due to dietary choices. December 2011 she finally had a week without migraines. Through this, Denise came to recognize the impact our food has on our health and what other health issues might have root causes from food. Denise went back to school in 2015 to study nutrition, and in 2018 launched a health coaching business. Denise works with people to guide them through the process of improving their own health the same way she did. Please enjoy Bold Moves Podcast Episode 231 Denise Ramirez!
