Célia Carrasqueiro é DRH e Comunicação da Verallia Portugal, desde 1996, uma empresa da Figueira da Foz que foi distinguida pela Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses com o Prémio Healthy Workplaces – Locais de Trabalho Saudáveis na Categoria das Médias Empresas, em 2015, e para isso muito contribuiu o trabalho feito pela direção de RH.
Tem formação de base em Comunicação Organizacional, mas logo começou a investir em formação mais específica em desenvolvimento das Pessoas e Organizações.
Assume um papel muito ativo na promoção do desenvolvimento das pessoas nas organizações, além fronteiras da sua empresa, colaborando com o blog de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional da Cegoc e com a revista HR Portugal.
Além de exercer atividade como docente, oradora e conferencista, é ainda vice-presidente da Associação Comercial e Industrial da Figueira da Foz, elemento da direção da Incubadora de Empresas, e sócia-gerente da Stone Splash - marketing, desenvolvimento pessoal e coaching.

Numa conversa muito fluida e estimulante, a Bárbara Barroso leva-nos a refletir sobre as finanças pessoais e o seu impacto na gestão de carreira ( e de vida!).
A Bárbara Barroso é comentadora de economia com experiência em imprensa, televisão e rádio e é fundadora do laboratório de literacia financeira MoneyLab. Eleita pelo Canal História como a nº1 na área das Finanças Pessoais em Portugal, Bárbara Barroso é ainda consultora financeira e palestrante internacional há mais de 10 anos.
Licenciada em Ciências da Comunicação, Bárbara tem formação na área de banca, através do Instituto de Formação Bancária, frequentou a certificação em consultoria financeira pessoal (Certified Financial Planner – CFP), na Universidade de Boston, e tem Certificação Profissional de Coaching. Formadora certificada, é membro da Financial Planning Association e dá workshops sobre finanças pessoais e investimentos, além de dar aulas de jornalismo económico.
Criou o programa nacional de educação financeira para jovens do ensino secundário “Roadshow Financeiro” e também a Academia Financeira, em parceria com o Instituto Superior de Gestão – Business & Economics School (ISG). Além disso é mentora de alguns programas de empreendedorismo feminino e de negócios e investimentos.
Tem ainda formação em Consultoria de Imagem, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing Digital e Social Media Management.
Trabalhou no Jornal Económico e, como jornalista e editora, passou também pelas redações do Dinheiro Vivo, Diário de Notícias e Jornal de Notícias. Foi ainda coordenadora de economia do jornal i e redatora do Diário Económico. Colaborou com o Observador, revista Exame e Jornal ECO, teve uma rubrica diária sobre poupança na rádio e foi comentadora de bolsa na TSF.
Foi ainda sócia-fundadora da SocialBeat (empresa de gestão de redes sociais) e da Flamingo Publishing (editora independente).
Tem ainda um blog onde aborda vários temas numa perspetiva de ‘smart choices’ e já lançou quatro obras de finanças pessoais.
Foi atleta de alta competição de hóquei em patins, é casada e tem dois filhos. Atualmente está também a tirar uma pós-graduação na área financeira.
