This Past Sunday, Pastor Kent W. Clark dove into the topic of fear. He shared with us his experiences growing up with certain teachings within the Church, where their teachings were designed to scare the hell out of you. But this doesn't work! In our flesh dwells no good thing. And it's the great love of God that draws us to Himself. God is not angry with us. We are a mess, and in our flesh dwells no good thing. But Jesus Christ has paid the price; He's been the propitiation. When that day comes, we're going to point to the one who sits on the throne, the one with five wounds in His body. He is our right, our propitiation, our redemption; we are complete in Him, there is no condemnation for us, because He paid it all!
