ADMINISTRATOR channels this energy and passion for techno via two  Melbourne based groups, firstly the Instasis crew who are hell bent on highlighting local techno talents via their club shows through a extended back to back format, and secondly with the Controlled Violence record label which is half based in Melbourne, with the second half in Leipzig, Germany.
