I never was aware of the mental health issues I carried until I went off to college. My freshman year I began sitting with the emotions I never felt before. The pain became too intense where it slowly changed who I was. At one moment I lost control of my life which led to the most needed isolation. I rediscovered who I was and forgave myself for who I became. When I decided to take control of my life it led me to launch Jenaration Marketing. I completely chose me and moved forward. This is what saved me while still helping others along the way. I help other entrepreneurs/creatives create their brand and help develop their social media presence. It wasn't easy to get here but I am thankful for the journey I was given.
