For over 3 decades the use of bone graft  has evolved and in particular the use of allograft providing us the clinicians a great source of unlimited graft in treating our cases. Still till today, some clinicians believe that autogenous bone  alone or in combination with xenograft is the golden standard. Is it really? Or is the Allograft the new golden standard?
