Bonjour! Josh and John pour wines from Bordeaux. John pours, from the left bank of Bordeaux, Chateau Greysac. He pairs with a Camembert toasted sandwich, steak au poivre, a chocolate cookie and chocolate brownies. Josh hops the river and shares the Chateau Tournefeuille from Lalande de Pomerol.  His pairings are goats cheese, Comte cheese, lamb t-bone's with peppers and onions, and two kinds of macarons.
