Episode 24 I've known Bonnie for many lifetimes. 

To know Bonnie and get to call her your friend, is to know God exists and uses all for good. The powerful women in my life can sit with their pain and transform it. THEY HAVE HAD to pick themselves back up... and they have.

Our friendship is one that has carried me, nurtured me, and given me the permission to be fully and lovingly.. myself.  I watched her as I worked alongside her. I grew in spirit then, with her powerful wisdom helping me continue to grow in spirituality, self-compassion, and love every day since. 

Her story is one of honesty and resilience. She is vulnerable and candid about growing up 1 of 12 children.

Times have changed and we have evolved. Women are sharing stories and setting boundaries. Powerful women with a healthy emotional mindset can weather the ripple effect of us standing in our truth.

BONNIE shares so much about health, fitness, and navigating her MS diagnosis. I credit her for allowing me to open the door to my own food and fitness healing. Her big ugly salad is maybe something we need to remember for ourselves.

I was meant to know her in this life. I know today you might be navigating a very real journey and you might not have a Mother by blood... today you and I have a Mother by Devine Spirit... loving you, making you laugh, inspiring you to change, and reminding you there is an unlimited source of love... inside yourself. 

Bonnie.... you are the soul catalyst of compassion and creative detail that pushes me to flow... every day forever... thank you for all you are...
