Lancelot Andrewes (1555 - 25 September 1626) was one of the primary translators of the King James Bible. He served as the bishop of Chichester, Ely, and Winchester. His theology and ecclesiology have been immensely formative in the development of Anglicanism and we regard him as a patron of our podcast.
