BONUS 16: 75 Hard Lessons

As I now complete the #75hard challenge I am looking back at the journey. Through my reflection I want to share all the lessons that come top of mind. They include the following:

  • Promises kept to yourself breeds confidence
  • There is never going to be a perfect time
  • You can always figure out a way to achieve your goals
  • Become a student of your calendar
  • This is done for you and you only. You are not here to impress others
  • The present is all that matters
  • Detach from the finish line and surrender into the process
  • Continue to be uncomfortable
