1. Choice (sight): finding direction and simply guidance when the winds and the waves are distractions 
2. Discipline (mind): gaining perspective is the spiritual discipline to understanding what is important and what isn’t
3. Solitude (hear): hearing  from God when the noise of the world becomes too loud. (Decree and Declare)
