Frank recently had a meeting with Blake Overduin, who is the Vice President of Operations for Poolwerx in the U.S. Blake has been a great mentor to Frank for the past six years and is highly regarded by him. He has a strong background in the pool industry as well as in franchise organization. Blake was a franchisee for many years in Brisbane, Australia and he was the youngest franchisee ever in the Poolwerx system.
