Brigadier General Fritz Urbach participated in a virtual BMW Center event on initiatives to boost the EU's Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). General Urbach is the first ever military adviser to the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, and helps to coordinate the work of European defense attachés in Washington.
