Last year John Battalion's school district removed the floor from one of it's elementary school lunchrooms that was leaking Mercury vapor only because parents contacted the news.

So why should John and his coworkers now believe that his administrators have the safety of him, the workers, and the school families in mind with their current plan to force teachers to break quarantine entering school to clean classrooms and organize student work to hand back?

John doesn't believe or trust his administrators, nor should any of you who are in similar situations. That is why John wrote an email to his union president - shared on this episode.
