In this Bonus Burst, Ted says a quick thank you to his Mom ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday in the US.  When Ted was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in the late 1980s, doctors told him he was not allowed to eat sugar at all.  His Mom started a Thanksgiving tradition of making him a special cranberry sauce that didn't contain sugar.  While the science and the ingredients have changed, this cranberry sauce is what Ted thinks of first when he thinks of his Thanksgiving meal!
