Following the events that took place this past week at the capitol and the state of our society I wanted to release a second video this Monday.

 

In part this video is expressing gratitude to a few people who have supported me along the way, but it is more so about the decisions we make. Who we spend time with and why & how we share our energy. My energy has been low since Tuesday, and I have been experiencing a mix of thoughts and emotions. How we show up matters and our actions matter. We are the difference so lets be the change we want to see.
