President Brenneman will introduce two thoughtful and prayerful perspectives on the playing of the national anthem at Goshen. Part of the ongoing structured dialogue that will take place over this issue through June 2011. After discussing the importance of respectfully addressing complex issues, President Brenneman will introduce two faculty members, Professor of Education and Department Chair Kathy Meyer Reimer and Professor of Peace, Justice and Conflict Studies and Department Chair Joe Liechty, who will discuss the national anthem.
