A special mini bonus episode, it is the perfect companion to any of the Season One episodes, or Season 2, Episode 6 where we talk about Azrael and the power of harnessing near-death experiences. 

Here, I offer a quick mediation inviting Azrael, the Angel of Death, to transfigure our fear of death into love and curiosity. Then, we ask him to do a life review for us NOW; walk us backward from now through the years of our life. We ask him to hold our hand when we encounter painful memories or times we are most afraid. We ask him to forgive our past selves for the mistakes we made along the way. We close by asking him to tell us what he wants us to know, promising to listen in the hours to come for his answers.
