BONUS DROP: Dyslexia Scotland

Summer Refreshed is back for a second season later this year, but that doesn't stop us uploading some fantastic Bonus Drops for you to enjoy.

Johnny chats to Cathy Magee, the CEO of the charity, Dyslexia Scotland, who's aim is to empower people with dyslexia to reach their full potential.

In 2022 Johnny found out he was Dyslexic aged 38. It's very common for adults to be diagnosed with Dyslexia at a later stage in life.

By reaching out to others, and finding support online he wanted to tell his story, and give a voice to a Scotland based charity, who has played a valuable part in Johnny making sense of what being dyslexic means.

Cathy (the CEO of Dyslexia Scotland) chatted to Johnny about her role at the helm since 2007, and how the charity has, and will continue to make waves in the future to help people with (or without) dyslexia discover what it's all about and provide the resources to continue to break down barriers in various ways.
