This week on Formation, we’re joined by Miami-based photographer RioCam, who’s in Melbourne working with Porsche during the buzz of the Australian Grand Prix weekend.

We chat about Rio’s journey into photography, how he built a career shooting in the automotive and fashion world, and what it’s like capturing high-performance brands like Porsche. He also shares his perspective on shooting during such a high-energy week in Melbourne and the creative approach he brings to his work behind the lens.

This particular interview was captured up on the rooftop, the same space that hosted events and parties all throughout Australian Grand Prix week... which made for a pretty iconic backdrop!
