It is easy to get caught up in our feelings on doing something that we believe is the right thing only to have a nagging feeling that something is just not right. We have been looking at houses and found a super, sweet deal that was going in an auction in June for $50,000 but valued at $200,000. The problem is that we don’t have the cash to do it and we would have to take out a loan. We have been debt free since 2012 and I just can’t bring myself to do it. My gut tells me to not do it and every time I go against my gut, it costs me.

The important thing is to listen to your gut. It will not steer you wrong!
