Meet the two working moms behind the mics at The Mother Load Podcast. Amy and Lauren. From the moment Amy and Lauren met - they knew they were put on the same path for a reason. It wasn’t until months after their first professional podcast meeting, where they bonded over brunch and realized something big was brewing. 

And here she is. Our little podcast. 

While we bring humor, realness, and unapologetic truth to the load mothers carry, Amy and Lauren hope and pray that they inspire, motivate and encourage other working moms to be true and speak truth to who they are - inside and outside of the workplace. 

It’s time we all share our stories. How did we get to where we are while juggling the mother load? What support did we have? What jobs did we pass up? What bosses and employers shut us down? How do we support our spouse, our kids and our careers? How do we truly find balance? Is balance even achievable? Does anyone even CARE that we are working moms with an invisible hustle and straight up super power? Why is it frowned upon? Why is there a stereotype of a mom in the workplace? Why are we filled with anxiety for asking for time off for our kids? Why is it so DAMN HARD?
