Harm Reduction learning for us here at TLTD, welcoming in a coordinator working in Vancouver's first overdose prevention site in a clinical hospital setting for both inhalation and injection.

Scott Darling is a 10 year practitioner in the field, working at the start of the toxic drug supply crisis, cutting his teeth in downtown Vancouver as a start up outreach service provider and also working in the East End of London, again within a homeless outreach setting.

Thanks to him for the work he does every day, saving lives and providing hope in the face of adversity.
