Crystal began her work in Law Enforcement, then moved into Massage Therapy, and Reiki. She is now a Nationally Board Certified Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Chinese Medicine Herbalist, as well as a student in Earth Medicine Studies to become a Shaman and a Doctoral student in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. This conversation looks at the 5 Stages of Grief, and we discuss its parallels to common experiences during this global pandemic from a physical, emotional, and mental point of view.
