On today’s podcast I am joined by Junior defender and Grad Student Attacker on the Saint Joseph's Women’s Lacrosse team Katie Lala and Lisa Ross. Last Season Katie Recorded 11 ground balls and eight caused turnovers on the year, helped the Hawks to a shutout win against George Mason, the first in program history, and had a season-best two caused turnovers against Richmond. Katie is a three year letterwinner in lacrosse at Notre Dame Prep. Last season Lisa led her team with 26 assists which was sixth-most in program history in a season. Before college Lisa made the Second Team All-Group selection team as a senior, she was a Four-year varsity letter winner and Totaled 171 goals, 199 assists, and 370 points in her high school career.
