In this bonus episode, I share everything you need to know about surviving Mercury's retrograde periods with grace and ease. Introducing Retrograde Revival Guide: my five week group program designed to help us lean into the challenges that Mercury retrograde tends to present, and come out of it with a stronger sense of self-expression, empowerment, and effectiveness.
Over five weeks surrounding the Mercury retrograde, we will experiment with two things: bringing in a new, healthy, regenerative habit, while also detoxing from an old, unhelpful, unhealthy habit. Some people consider it good practice to "sacrifice" something to the god Mercury- this is kind of like that. It's the perfect opportunity to devote yourself to a new healthy habit, while also giving up something that isn't so great for you.
But that's just the start! Each week includes lessons and workbooks on one of the Pillars of Personal Power- Mindfulness, Essentialism, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Staying in Alignment. Based on the evidence-based therapy program Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I share everything you need to know in digestible crash-courses so you can tune-up on the skills you needs to stay in your Power, even when mishaps and miscommunications throw you off your course.
With Retrograde Revival Guide, Mercury's retrograde periods offer an opportunity to refine your daily habits, tune-up on your communication skills, stop self-sabotage in it's tracks, and tend to your physical and digital spaces, with support and intention, three to four times each year. The more you practice it, the easier it becomes, and Mercury retrograde may actually become something you look forward to!
