Today is a bonus episode of the show!

I recently travelled to South Carolina to take part in Sorinex's yearly Summer Strong event. It was an unreal weekend filled with great speakers, amazing food, and awesome people.

I stayed in a house with several other guys, all of whom come from different strength backgrounds. When we got back to the house at 1:30 AM after everything wrapped up, we decided to record a podcast in the living room to recount our experience.

Summer Strong is a special event for those that have never been, and the friendships made are worth the trip by itself. 

Joining me today are John Simmons, Jake Phillips, Taylor Quick, Brandon Langois, and George Adams. 

We were tired, wired, and a little loopy. So have fun following along to the extremely late night rambles.
