I'm not a huge history buff, but how exciting to hear the unexpected past of a local favorite! 

Cuban Liquor Company was founded by Jacob and Gloria Greenberg in 1934.  Emigrating from Eastern Europe, they stopped in Cuba when border restrictions prevented them from entering the United States.

I loved this episode-- hearing about it's past and how important it is to it's local owners to keep that in tack while moving forward.  And, the intentional detail they put into the customer's experience should be a model for other local shops.

I hope you enjoy learning about this local favorite of mine.  And a special thanks to Cuban for the partnership in helping celebrate the launch of this new season!
