Today I speak with Franck Brown on the Podcast, who is a formally accredited Neurodiversity coach with lived experience of dyspraxia and ADHD.

His diagnosis came later in life, at the age o 23 and 30 with ADHD respectively, only after graduating university and several years of professional experience in the corporate world. 

I mention Geoff Seow, who used to be an ADHD coach, coaching the people within the boundaries of his own age, which Franck Brown does very well too. My audiobook is now avaialbe on Patreon about 155 success strategies which are awesome too. Without realising it, he’d spent 30 years learning the importance of self management “the hard way”, without having had any coaching of his own or anyone to turn to with his questions. This in turn triggered his decision to retrain as a Neurodiversity Coach for people with ADHD, Autism,Dyspraxia and other conditions.

Before training across a number of different Neurodiversity and traditional coaching disciplines, he graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. He previously spent 8 years across a number of sales and marketing roles art brands including Cadbury, Toblerone, Innocent Drinks, Patak’s and Tabasco. Nowadays, he works primarily with younger adults from 16-35 on helping them better understand themselves, unlock their strengths to reach their goals.
