We can carry a lot of baggage - mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual trauma in life all the while acting like we're perfectly fine. But without provocation, conscious memory, symptoms and responses can appear suddenly. Not dealing with our issues can interfere, hinder, and derail our best life. We have to make a decision to get help. It's time to be brave!
