We interviewed Retired Phoenix Assistant Police Chief and Arizona State University Professor and Lecturer, Kevin Robinson. Kevin is a decorated former-detective who oversaw many cases like the Baseline Killer, the Phoenix Serial Shooters, and also worked on cases like the Zombie Killer/Canal Killer.
