It’s time for the cats & Dogs to GO!
On this solo episode today and pulling life experience over the last couple of years, I’m suggesting that living with #ADHD #Autism and/or AUDHD which is stressful enough on a basic level with just normal living is made even more difficult with animals in the home.
This episode isn’t meant to be controversial but its just a suggestion to make your life easier, particularly as I’m neurodivergent.
Consider your options as to whether animals hinder building relationships with others people, the best relationships you could possibly have!
