After reflecting on the DIY Holiday Gifting Overshare episode, I realized I had a lot more to say! We covered a lot of great DIY gift ideas… but why would you make gifts, and who would you want to give those to? What is the meaning of this time of year and how do you want to shape your holiday and winter solstice season? I had put a lot of thought into the subject since I’ve become more deliberate as to how I spend my time and energy and I’ve enjoyed winter and Christmas time much more because of it.

Buy less plastic crap. Spend less time worrying about other people. Spend more time with those you love. Slow down, take care, and enjoy the winter’s rest.
