More on attachment…

Following the last episode on attachment, Coach Sabrina shares even more insight on this topic since the LETTING GO part can be the most challenging. 

Only when we understand WHY we feel attached to someone or something + ACCEPT the fact that what isn’t right for us will never remain in our life, can we then begin to LET GO and trust that if it’s leaving, there is a purpose, a bigger plan for us.

We can then truly believe that what is leaving is clearing the path for something better to arrive. 

And that shift of perspective and mindset will allow us to release control and attachment to something that we know does not belong in our life anymore. Especially when it comes to people and romantic partners.
