Forget making a difference. Do more. BE THE DIFFERENCE.

The truth is we can bloom right where we’re planted.

The only thing it takes to make a difference is a decision to do so. I believe that we have a responsibility to do better when we know better. Each of us in our own right has a sphere of influence with others. And when we allows those around us to remain uninformed while we are informed, we are essentially manipulative and withholding.

In all things I say, “Be the change” but even more I say “Be the difference”.

Great leaders don’t set out to be leaders, they set out to make a difference. It’s never about the role, it’s about the goal. Now… here is what I know. You can be a better difference when you’re in a decision making capacity. And that requires promotion. When you have authority and influence, you can open doors for others. And that’s real change indeed.
