You are not given anything you can’t carry.

Every problem is a gift. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

The gift of being able to pass on your lessons is so important. I personally don’t need offspring to be able to do that.

SOMEONE needs your message and light EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

I will show up every day, in some way as a reminder. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

When you’re feeling trapped remember:

Every day that you WAKE UP is a day to live.

Celebrate yourself. Celebrate others.

If you’re struggling say it. If you need help ask for it.

It’s easy to think we have to carry life’s burdens alone, but the reality is—you’re never actually alone.

Make today a great day—because you CAN and say HI to a stranger and hold the door for someone because we are ALL one.
